1 cup mayonaise

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 cup pecans, chopped, divided

1 cup finely shredded Colby cheese

1 cup finely shredded Co-jack cheese

1/2 tsp red/cayenne pepper

1 small jar red raspberry preserves

1 cup fresh raspberries

Mix mayonaise, green onions, 3/4 cup pecans and cayenne pepper with the cheeses.  Refrigerate up to 6 hours.  Before serving, heat preserves slightly to melt and pour over cheese mixture.  Add fresh raspberries arranged on top and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup pecans.

Great with multi grain Bristo crackers by Townhouse.
