Blood Shot Eyes Chili

1/2 large bottle of Mr & Mrs T's Bloody Mary Mix "Spicy", use about 30 oz.

1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes

1 onion, finely diced

1 pound of hamburger

1 pound Italian sausage 

1 tbls. steak seasoning.  We used Karlsburger from Reeds.

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. ground oregano

2 15 oz. cans Chili Beans, do not drain

2 15 oz. cans Kidney Beans, drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 jalapeno peppers, diced

3 tbls. Chili Powder

4 stalks of celery, diced

Olive Oil, for saut'eing

Several dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

In a large pot over medium heat, add some olive oil and saute' the celery and onions until soft.  Add the garlic and jalapenos and stir, then add the meat.  Cook until browned, 5-10 minutes, drain off excess fat.  Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and oregano.  Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for an hour, add more Bloody Mary mix if needed.
