Campfire Chili 2017

1 1/2lb hamburger

4 jalapenos diced

½ bunch of celery chopped

1 large onion chopped

Mix all together in large pot -  brown in juices and then add:

I large can diced tomatoes

½ large can of v8

1 10 oz can of rotel tomatoes

1 can of beer

1 can of white  northern  beans  -  1 can of black beans

2 cans of spicy chili beans -   1 can kidney beans drained

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp celery salt

½ tsp kosher salt

½  tsp regular salt

1 Tbls paprika   -  1 Tbls parsley flakes

1 Tbls dried red pepper flakes -  1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp minced garlic

½ tsp cumin

2 Tbls. Hot chili powder

Serve with cheese – onion – popcorn – jalapenos – hot sauce – enjoy -
