Oreo Truffles

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 package (1 lb. 2oz.) Oreos, finely crushed

2 packages (8 squares each) semi sweet chocolate, melted

Mix cream cheese with 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended. Shape into 48 balls. Dip in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour.
