Pecan Caramel Bars
Ingredients:
1 package (18 1/4 oz) yellow cake
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1 egg
FILLING:
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brickle toffee bits
In a large bowl, beat the cake mix, butter and egg until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a greased 13"X9" baking pan.
Ina small bowl, beat the milk, egg and vanillauntil combined. Stir in pecans and toffee bits. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Yield 2 dozen
