Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

3 cups all purpose flour

1 tbsp plus 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or Allspice

2 tsp baking soda

3 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp salt

15 oz can pumpkin

4 large eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup orange juice

2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries or Craisens

Preheat oven to 350F.  Grease and flour two 9X5 loaf pans.  Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.  Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil and orange juice in a large bowl.  Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture till moistened.  Fold cranberries in.  Put into pans.  Bake 60-65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
