Roast Beef Pinwheels

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cupfinely chopped green onions

4 flour tortillas (10 inches)

1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, salad dressing mix and garlic.  Stir in onions.  Spread over tortillas; top with beef.  Roll up tightly.  Cut into 1 inch pieces; secure with toothpicks.  Chill until serving.  Yield; about 3 dozen
