Jean's Bars
1st layer:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and pat down in sprayed 9X13 pan and bake 10 minutes @ 350 degrees
Then spread the following 2nd layer on top of base and bake an additional 15 minutes @ 350 degrees
Mix together for 2nd layer:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Once cooled, frost with the following mixture:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine (softened)
milk - enough for spreading consistency
