Freight Delivery by Common Carrier
As indicated in the item description,
some items such as large furniture, large fountains, original works, etc. are shipped
via common carrier and require
additional delivery time. The additional delivery charges are indicated under "delivery surcharge" in
the item information. When ordering, please include your daytime phone number. Basic
freight service is for curbside delivery. In-home delivery is available with
an additional charge of $75 per manufacturer. Please notify us
of any special delivery requirements such as stairs, etc. Charges apply
to points within the 48 contiguous United States only. Please call for special
charges on delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Any apparent
damage should be reported to carrier at time of
delivery.
Return Procedure Any
merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any
reason may be returned for a refund or exchange. Simply call our customer
service representitives at 1-218-692-5447 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST or
email us with pertinent info and your phone number at

. All returned goods must be
shipped prepaid and insured. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on
personalized or custom items. Shipping and handling charges are
nonrefundable. If your order is damaged please hold the merchandise, the
package it came in, and notify us immediately.
